Fall is the time to get your legs in shape! Most vein treatments require wearing compression stockings. These are more comfortable in the cooler months. There is usually some bruising that occurs with vein treatments. Starting now will allow plenty of time for this to resolve before the holidays or Spring vacations. Many treatments are covered by insurance. Timing of evaluation and treatment is important regarding coverage, co-pay, deductibles, and anniversary (usually 12/31) when your coverage and costs may change.
